Privacy policy

Leadvesta is a software service operated from Singapore. This policy describes the account, app, and backup data the service stores. Leadvesta does not sell personal information and does not post or message anyone on your behalf.

Information we collect

Account data: name, email address, and a password hash if you create a password. A password sign-up stays unverified until you open the confirmation email. Magic-link sign-in confirms the address and stores a short-lived token. App data: the name, site URL, and Supabase project URL. Credentials: a Postgres connection string, a Supabase service key, and an optional restricted Stripe key. Those secrets are encrypted before they are written and are not returned to the browser. Billing data: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and trial end.

Database dumps are copies of the Postgres database you connect. They can contain your customers' personal data. Dumps are stored until the retention window ends: 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro and during the trial. Uptime, security, and Stripe checks store a short summary and a fingerprint. They do not store the secret values found in a JavaScript bundle, only the page and the kind of finding.

How we use it

To take the backup, check uptime, look for security drift, read Stripe webhook health, send alert and weekly report email, show the dashboard, and collect payment. Secrets are not written to application logs.

Processors

Leadvesta uses these processors to run the service:

• Vercel hosts the application.
• Neon hosts the Leadvesta database.
• Vercel Blob stores database dumps.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Resend sends transactional email.
• ActiveCampaign receives new account contacts.

Checks call the site URL you provide, the Supabase Storage API, and the Stripe API with the keys you stored.

Retention and deletion

You can cancel in the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Backups and monitoring stop when the trial ends without a subscription. Removing an app deletes its backup index and the stored dumps. To ask for account deletion, email hello@leadvesta.com.
