Refunds and cancellation

Leadvesta is a software service operated from Singapore. This page is the cancellation and refund policy for paid subscriptions.

Trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. It starts when you sign up and does not ask for a card.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a Starter or Pro subscription in the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Backups and checks stop when that period ends.

Refunds

Leadvesta does not refund partial months. If the law where you live requires a refund, email hello@leadvesta.com and we will follow that rule.
