Terms of use

These terms are between you and Leadvesta, a software service operated from Singapore. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions go to hello@leadvesta.com.

The service

Leadvesta backs up a Postgres database you connect and checks the site, storage, and Stripe webhook health you add. It does not post, comment, or message anyone on your behalf, and it does not write a backup back into a database.

Trial and payment

New accounts get a 7-day free trial, starts when you sign up, no card needed. After that, Starter is US$29 a month for one app and Pro is US$59 a month for three apps. Stripe bills the subscription. You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are described on the refund page.

Your database

You confirm you are allowed to read the database and the site you add. You download a backup and restore it yourself. A backup is a copy of the database at that time. It is not a promise that every object will reload cleanly into a new project.

Acceptable use

Do not connect a database you do not operate. Do not store a Stripe secret key. Use a restricted key. Do not point Leadvesta at a site in order to collect someone else's customers.

What the checks can miss

The site is checked once a day. That is a request to the URL you gave us, not a status page with a support contract. Security checks look for disabled row-level security (the switch that stops the public key from reading a table), public buckets, and a few obvious secrets in same-origin scripts. They are not a full audit. Stripe health reads the webhook endpoints and recent events visible to the restricted key (rk_) you provide.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Leadvesta is not liable for lost data, a missed alert, or a restore you run against the wrong database. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says cannot be waived. Singapore law governs these terms.
